3. Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping is available in most major cities in British Columbia (BC), Alberta (AB), Saskatchewan (SK), Manitoba (MB), Ontario (ON) and Québec(QC) on orders with a KB24 Series Rack. For orders without a KB24 Series Rack, the shipping fee will be calculated, normally referring to the Canada Post rate. Additional shipping fees may apply to rural and less populated locations. All orders will be processed within two business days. Free shipping usually takes 5-10 days. If you want to confirm whether your shipping address qualifies for free shipping before placing your order, please contact us with your city, postal code, and the products you’re interested in. We also offer local pick-up service in Calgary, Alberta.

4. Return & Refund

At Spartaks Fitness Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at [Spartaksstrength@gmail.com] or [587-999-9998] to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and include the RAN inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Fees and Deductions

Please note the following deductions from your refund:

• Round Trip Shipping Fee: The cost of shipping both to and from your location will be deducted from your refund.

• Transaction Fee: A 3% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund if you paid by credit card (charged by the bank).

• Processing Fee: A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund (charged by the website).

• E-transfer Refunds: Payments made via e-transfer can receive a full refund without any transaction fee and processing fee deductions.

• Non-refundable Deposit: Any deposit made is non-refundable.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Customized products

• Clearance or final sale items

5. Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on all parts of the equipment for home gyms and a Five-year warranty on all parts for commercial gyms. This warranty does not cover the cost of shipping or transportation of the equipment parts to and from the repair facility. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

6. Customization

Choose from our color palette to customize the machine and fabric color for your exclusive home gym or commercial fitness center. It typically takes 30 days to manufacture custom equipment, plus a shipping period of 30-45 days. Customization products cannot be returned. Contact us for more customization details.
